Abstract

Endothelial function based on the measurement of homocysteine level, plasminogen inhibitor and activator, thrombomodulin and von Willebrand factor was studied in 60 patients with congenital vasorenal hypertension. Most of the patients revealed quantitative changes of the explored laboratory indices indicating endothelial dysfunction, dysfunction intensity dependence of the rate and duration of arterial hypertension
