Аннотация

Гиперперфузионный синдром (ГПС) является одним из серьезных осложнений церебральных реваскуляризирующих вмешательств – каротидной эндартерэктомии (КЭА) и стентирования сонных арте- рий (ССА). Развивается ГПС обычно на 1–8-е сут после оперативного вмешательства. При относительно небольшой распространенности это заболевание характеризуется высоким риском развития таких тяжелых состояний, как субарахноидальное и внутримозговое кровоизлияние, часто приводящих к необратимым последствиям и даже смерти пациентов. На первый план в настоящее время выступает не столько диагностика ГПС, сколько разработка и внедрение эффективных методик его прогнозирования в научной и клинической практике.
