Аннотация

Оценивалась эффективность алгоритма реанимаций без искусственной вентиляции легких (ИВЛ) у больных в ранние сроки после кардиохирургических операций при аритмической остановке сердца в отделении интенсивной терапии. Анализ 28 случаев сердечно-легочной реанимации (СЛР) показал, что если энергичный массаж сердца начинается сразу после его остановки, то у большинства пациентов сохраняется тонус мышц гортани и реанимируемые больные способны осуществлять вдох самостоятельно даже спустя более 15 мин от начала СЛР. Некоторые пациенты сохраняли элементы сознания. Реанимация без ИВЛ продолжалась от 4 до 28 мин. Вентиляция в процессе СЛР понадобилась только в 4 случаях. 26 пациентов (93%) в дальнейшем были выписаны из больницы без неврологического дефицита.
