Аннотация
На сегодняшний день cевофлуран зарекомендовал себя как эффективный анестетик с минимальным
количеством побочных эффектов, имеющий серьезный потенциал применения в кардиохирургии.
В данном обзоре описаны его органопротективные свойства, в частности механизмы фармакологического прекондиционирования миокарда, антиапоптотические, противовоспалительные и антиоксидантные свойства. Представлены результаты экспериментальных работ, демонстрирующие
возможности защиты севофлураном легочной ткани и сосудистого эндотелия при их повреждении.
Приведены данные ряда клинических исследований и метаанализов о преимуществах анестезии
севофлураном перед тотальной внутривенной анестезией у кардиохирургических больных. Изложена
иная точка зрения о клинической эффективности органопротекции севофлураном.
