Правожелудочковая недостаточность у кардиохирургических больных

Аннотация

Современные достижения в области изучения патофизиологии кровообращения при правожелудочковой недостаточности демонстрируют, что нарушение функции правого желудочка может играть важную роль в развитии в послеоперационном периоде отека лёгких – одного из наиболее частых послеоперационных лёгочных осложнений. Отек лёгких при недостаточности правого желудочка может быть обусловлен нарушением лимфатического оттока – основного способа удаления жидкости из интерстиция лёгких. В то же время точная взаимосвязь послеоперационной правожелудочковой недостаточности и отёка лёгких у кардиохирургических больных до конца не изучена. Уточнение ее роли поможет совершенствовать тактику ведения больных в раннем послеоперационном периоде.
