Аннотация

Для анализа анатомических и геометрических характеристик бифуркации общей сонной артерии, способствующих риску развития атеросклероза, проведен электронный библиографический поиск по базам Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Wiley за период с 2011 по 2021 г. В соответствии с критериями включения и исключения отобраны 20 источников, в которых были изучены методы диагностики, анатомические и геометрические параметры 4432 пациентов. Хирургическая анатомия бифуркации общей сонной артерии уникальна. Несмотря на обширные и многочисленные исследования, отсутствуют понятия нормы высоты бифуркации, диаметров артерий, их длины и степени извитости. Кроме того, каротидная бифуркация участвует во многих патологических процессах, наиболее распространенным из которых является атеросклероз. Атеросклероз брахиоцефальных артерий служит важным предрасполагающим фактором развития ишемического инсульта и инвалидизации, при этом геометрия бифуркации общей сонной артерии является независимым фактором риска прогрессирования атеросклеротического процесса. Следовательно, глубокое знание различных анатомических параметров имеет первостепенное значение не только для понимания болезни, но и для разработки методов хирургического лечения.
