Аннотация

Аневризмы экстракраниального отдела позвоночной артерии – редкое заболевание, которое встречается не более чем в 0,5% случаев от всех аневризм. В обзоре представлены данные литературы о частоте, этиологии, клинических проявлениях, диагностике заболевания. Большое количество разнообразных причин, приводящих к возникновению аневризм экстракраниального отдела позвоночной артерии, размытая клиническая картина и малое количество опубликованных наблюдений приводят к отсутствию выработанной тактики лечения этой группы пациентов. Из-за малого количества наблюдений не проведены крупные исследования и невозможно сделать выводы об отдаленных результатах лечения у больных с аневризмами экстракраниального отдела позвоночных артерий. Основным методом лечения данной патологии является хирургический. В работе представлены все современные хирургические методики – как эндоваскулярные вмешательства, так и открытые операции. В проанализированной литературе сообщается о непосредственных благоприятных исходах лечения, и только в единичных случаях отдаленный период наблюдения отдельных пациентов в среднем не превышал 5 лет.
