Нексусы кардиомиоцитов и их изменения при патологии миокарда

Аннотация

Нексусы (щелевые контакты) обеспечивают электрическое сопряжение кардиомиоцитов и участвуют в поддержании сердечного ритма. В обзоре представлены современные данные о строении, белковом составе нексусов, локализации в кардиомиоцитах и ремоделировании при патологии миокарда. Имеющиеся данные свидетельствуют о том, что изменение нексусов желудочковых кардиомиоцитов при патологии миокарда, как правило, однотипно. Оно выражается в их частичном перемещении из вставочных дисков на боковые стороны клеток и может быть связано со снижением содержания в них коннексина 43. В то же время изменение предсердных кардиомиоцитов при патологии миокарда многовариантно и может сопровождаться как снижением, так и повышением содержания в них коннексина 43 и особенно коннексина 40. Данные литературы позволяют заключить, что белковый состав, локализация и количество нексусов в кардиомиоцитах зависят от типа и выраженности тканеспецифических свойств этих клеток и изменяются при патологических состояниях миокарда, которые, как правило, связаны с нарушениями ритма сердца.
