Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of possibilities for myocardial tissue Doppler (TDE), in the value of myocardial functional state in the immediate postoperative period with various coronary artery bypass grafting techniques (CABG). 74 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) are included, who underwent CABG. It is shown that the best myocardial functional variables are determined in the group of patients, who underwent minimally invasive myocardial revasculization. It was not discovered any advantages according to myocardial functional state, the technique of a surgery on a beating heart with hemodynamic support by parallel cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) before the standard CABG technique, in conditions of CPB and cardioplegia. It is shown that TDE is an informative method, which allows to value myocardial dysfunction, developed in the immediate postoperative period after CABG.
