Abstract

In emergencies activation of leukocytes and thrombocytes of circulating blood in children is accompаnied by intensification of cellular associations formation in it represented by autorosettes, formed by leukocytes from erythrocytes, and thrombocyte aggregates. Significant number of there cellular associations circulating in blood is capable of causing its rheological properties impairment and microcirculation disorders, respectively. As the erythrocytes that are part of autorosettes and that contact with thrombocytes undergo exocytic lysis, this fact results in entering erythrocyte procoagulants into circulating blood and increases the potential of thrombus formation. That is why in emergencies intensification of autorosettes and thrombocyte aggregates formation may be considered to be pathogenetic factors of microcirculation disoders
