Abstract

Modern clinical technologies not only use but also cause transient physiological processes when essential changes of function occur within several minutes, even seconds (a counterpulsation, prosthesis an aneurysm, bolus administration of strong medicine, a stress-echo, etc.). Their inadequate estimation (for example, averaging for a minute) can lead to heavy complications, down to multiple organ failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), etc. The following reasons of inadequacy of the control and estimation of transient physiological processes are allocated: uncertainty of time of data averaging (processing) and a method of the formation parameters represented to the doctor, inconsistency of the control over biorhythms and results of the control over astronomical time, insufficiently exact for modern medical technologies fixing of time, nonsynchronized work of measuring and executive devices. Programs of preliminary processing of signals are not given in instructions and not certain by the medical- engineering specifications. Disadvantages have organizational character - modern technical and mathematical means are sufficient for the decision of the considered problems. In created in Bakulevs Scientific Center of Cardiovascular Surgery technology «Mirror» the decisions eliminating described lacks are received and realized.
