Abstract

Cardiorespiratory system and central hemodinamic is stadied at 194 healthy persons with the new attitude to the gradation of normal blood arterial pressure (AP) using the tests of echocardiography, local reography of pulmonary, reospirography with estimate of ventilation - perfusion correlation. The groups of tested are derided with the «Normal» AP less than 130/85 mm mercury column (1 group) and with the high normal AP of level 130-139/85-89 mm mercury column (2 group). It is established that cardiorespiratory system of healthy people is characterized of heterogeneity because of typical peculiarities not only in the big but in the small circles of circulation of the blood but also by the level AP. With the rising of the blood the changing of the function of the pulmonary system is appeared. As a result the optimal presertation of hemodinamic of the body is fixed
