Abstract

Studying the activity changes of the acute-phase metalproteins opens new possibilities for differential diagnostics of aseptic and infectious pericarditis. Using the method of immunoenzime definition of ferritin, lactoferrin and ceruloplasmin in the blood serum of 151 pasients (134 pasients with pericarditis of different etiology, 17 healthy donors) according to their different leves. Groups of infectious (viral, rheumatic, tuberculous) and aseptic (uremic, post-infarction, unde systemic diseases, tumorous) pericarditis
