Abstract

New technologies of cardiosurgical treatment have demanded alongside with the use of models of «uncontrollable part of cardiovascular system», created by schools N. M. Amosov, V. I. Burakovsky, L. Sheppard and others (which have well proved from the beginning of 70th of the last century) the development of models of regulation of blood circulation. The developed model is created in the modern programming environment LabVIEW in Bakulevs Scientific Center of Cardiovascular Surgery. It considers following contours of regulation: autoregulation of left and right ventricles, autoregulation of liquid, oxygen and carbonic acid transport through walls, autoregulation of blood flow through vessels, redistribution of blood flow in a vascular bed according to functional loading of tissues and organs, etc. Direct influence of the central nervous system is stipulated. Essentially new contour - an equilibration of heart load and tissues and organs metabolism - is realized. The organization of model allows to switch on and off contours of regulation depending on a state of the patient or specificity of treatment. Use of model allows to consider at a choice of therapy: the basic pathological process, and processes accompanying it, including complications, compensatory, protective and homeostatic reactions of an organism, and also their components, caused by treatment. Such qualitative analysis is necessary for the choice of adequate therapy
