Abstract

On the strength of the studies of 103 patients with multiple shockable trauma it has been found principles of microcirculation disturbances in the acute period of traumatic disease. In spite of common therapy, directed to restore rheological properties of blood, that measures include in improvement of central regulation of microcirculation by increasing of cardiac output. The authors proposed measures to correct side effects of reperfusion syndrome by antioxidants as an important component on treatment of patients with shockable trauma; most efficacy in stabilization of cell membranes has been specified in combination of antioxidants with different action
