Abstract

Reactions of pressure, volumes and bloodflows on hemorrhage and blood replacement are investigated on mathematical models with pulsing heart and the central reflex regulation. Reactions on fast, but not critical hemorrhage and blood replacement stopping it (for example, at jet injection, cardiopulmonary bypass connection, etc.) can have adverse effects in transient modes. In the absence of adequate regulation (anaesthesia) after hemorrhage cardiovascular parametres are not restored. At adequate regulation volumes, bloodflows and pressures in the arterial, pulmonary venous and pulmonary arterial reservoirs, the total peripheral resistance and the heart rate are restored (except volume and pressure in the venous reservoir) after blood loss to initial values. Thus, dependence of efficiency of blood replacement on a form and depth of anaesthesia is revealed. This result requires experimental and clinical check.
