Abstract

On the grounds of the retrospective analysis the factors were established against which there is a progression of the arterial hypertension in adolescents: hypersympathicotonia, rigidity of the arterial pressure during a day with inadequate lowering at night, hyperkinetic n-type central hemodynamics, the presence of the signs of the left ventricle myocardium remodeling, dysplasia of the connective tissue of the heart. The factors contributing to the stabilization of the arterial hypertension in adolescents may be high concentration of the insulin, uric acid and homocysteine in the blood serum
