Abstract

Results of the experiments with the objective to evaluate the probabilities of sinus blood supply disorder in patients following surgical interventions on mitral valve depending on the type of atriotomy are presented. The work is carried out on isolated hearts, the coronary stream of which was filled with viscous contrast agent using original technique. After studying coronary stream radioanatomy atriotomic incisions were performed on the hearts, then the incisions were closed and X-ray was made once more to assess inclusions in the arterial entrances of the conduction tract of the heart.
