Abstract

Questionnaire allowing one to evaluate the quality and main drawbacks of the treatment of IHD patients after cardiosurgical interventions was worked out. The quality of the treatment in the outpatient setting was stated inadequately efficient since only 57% of patients were under the care of a cardiologist, and 15% of patients were under the care of neither cardiologist nor the therapist. Low application frequency of drugs with established efficiency (statins, beta-blockers, etc.) and low rate of physicians' indications as well as observance of nonpharmacological measures to correct the life way (weight control, diet, cessation, etc.) were noted. It was shown that to improve the quality of the treatment it is essential to specialize the therapeutic approach to increase compliance with the therapy indicated and optimal adjustment of drug dosage.
