Abstract

The opportunities of perfusion single-proton computed tomography with 99mTc-HMPAO of brain to assess cerebral blood flow and reserve of cerebral perfusion in patients with constrictive lesions of various degree and internal carotid artery occlusion were considered. Clinical value of this method in this category of patients is identified
