Abstract

The aim of this study is to estimate the possibilities of complex ultrasonic diagnostics for hyperperfusion syndrome prediction following carotid endarterectomy. Blood flow parameters that make possible to evaluate perfusion in reconstructing circulation were studied. The estimation of dynamic of blood flow values during the early postoperative period was carried out. As a result of comparison before and after postoperative ultrasonic data, we can identify the values of blood flow that allow to determine the risk group of patients according to hyperperfusion syndrome development.
