Abstract

The description of a clinical case-staged surgical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (1 local stenosis of the left anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery) and cancer. The first stage was performed revascularization-stenting of the left anterior descending branch. In connection with the need to perform soon nephrectomy choice was made in favor of the bare stents. The second stage after 6 months a left nephrectomy was performed. Follow-up angiography performed 21 months after revascularization, stent pass. Thus, a good result was obtained in the early and mid-late after myocardial revascularization.
