Abstract

In the present review describes the main official nosological forms in which headache is the result of a pathological process involving the blood vessels of the brain. Summarized modern data of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture of vascular headaches.
Presented angiological look at the reasons for the development of a number of primary and secondary headaches, which are based on violations of cerebral venous outflow that can occur in systemic or regional phlebohypertensions: caused by anomalies of the structure of intra- and extracranial (brachiocephalic) of the venous system, arteriovenous imbalance.
