Abstract

The main symptom of renal artery aneurysm is arterial hypertension, early (in the case of arterial hypertension with 17 years of age) may indicate congenital aneurysm genesis. Delayed diagnosis of congenital renal artery aneurysm resulted in complications stemming from high arterial hypertension. Prolonged existence leads to aneurysm calcinosis that does not protect from a ruptured aneurysm.
