Abstract

This report presents a rare clinical case of a patient with right aortic arch in combination with aberrant left subclavian artery and its aneurysm and stenosis in the 1st segment originating from the Kommerell's diverticulum. The patient underwent one-stage operation: resection of thoracic aorta in the area of the aortic diverticulum and aneurysm of the left subclavian artery with the implantation of the aberrant left subclavian artery the left common carotid artery under conditions of distal aortic perfusion.
