Abstract

The review of hematological features of acute coronary syndrome and other cardiac events is presented, which is based on a search for scientific medical articles in the Pubmed electronic database. Hematological parameters and features of acute coronary syndrome and other cardiac events provide accessible, safe and reliable prognostic data for identifying patients at high risk of cardiovascular complications. And also in this way, it is possible to detect acute coronary syndrome at an early stage of development. It should be emphasized that in clinical practice, if acute cardiac pathology is suspected, attention should be paid not only to cardiomarkers. However, it is worth remembering that the hematological parameters are affected by comorbid conditions: anemia, thrombocytopenia, renal failure, diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension
