Аннотация

Инфекция сосудистых протезов и заплат – наиболее тяжелое осложнение в сосудистой хирургии, в значительной степени связанное с неблагоприятным прогнозом и высокой летальностью. Частота заболевания варьирует от 1,5 до 6% и зависит от расположения протеза, патогена, интервала времени после операции, сопровождается высокой летальностью (50–90%). Инфекция артериальных протезов встречается у 4% больных, аорты – у 1–3%, сопровождается потерей конечностей и высокой летальностью (более 20%). Своевременная диагностика инфекции имеет решающее значение в лечении и ведении пациента. На сегодняшний день нет стандартизированных диагностических алгоритмов и единого решения в отношении диагностической тактики у таких пациентов.

В статье подробно рассмотрены различные методы диагностики, используемые для выявления инфекции протезов и заплат, а также вопросы, возникающие у врачей при планировании диагностических методов, наиболее подходящих для обсследования пациентов.
