Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of carotid endarterectomy in a patient with an incomplete circle of Willis and low tolerance to common carotid artery compression under general anesthesia with central hemodynamic correction without installing an intraluminal shunt. Protection of the brain from ischemia was carried out by methods of central hemodynamic correction and the use of cerebroprotective properties of general anesthesia.
