Abstract

The article is devoted to modern concepts of etiopathogenetic factors that play a role in the development of cerebral disorders in the early postoperative period in cardiac surgery patients. Some postoperative disorders of systemic homeostasis in the body have an adverse effect on central neurons, thereby provoking or enhancing cerebral damage. Identification of the main mechanisms of cerebral dysfunction formation will allow the clinician to organize optimal monitoring of the studied parameters and carry out their correction at the early stages of detection.
