The aim of the study is erectile function study (EF) in patients with Leriches syndrome and its change in the immediate and longer-term periods after reconstructive and endovascular surgery in aortafemoral segment. Erectile function state was valued by the international index of erectile f unction (IIEF), depending on the character and the level of injury of common (CAI) and internal iliac arteries (IIA). Endothelial-dependent vasodilatation (EDV) of brachial and cavernous arteries was studied. Obtained results indicate on progression of erectile dysf unction (ED) independently on the character and degree of common and internal iliac artery lesion.
