Abstract

The concept of clinical norm is entered as сomplex of physiological properties, regulatory and medical influences allowing to pass from illness to recovery. In contrast to (As against) traditional representations about ideal norm (a range of quantity within which the certain quality is preserved) the nosological norm is inseparably linked with characteristics of an organism, disease, its phase and treatment. The area of estimations is interrelated with a technique of adaptation to a contingent of patients, tactics of treatment, programs of diagnostics and the analysis of the reasons. The nosological norm altogether with its supplementing algorithms allows to estimate quality of stages of treatment in real time and a posteriori, to receive the generalized estimations of an initial condition of the patient, adequacy of anesthesia, extracorporeal circulation, surgical treatment and therapy.
