Радионуклидная диагностика цереброваскулярной недостаточности при атеросклерозе брахиоцефальных артерий, ишемической болезни сердца и артериальной гипертонии

Abstract

Single photon emission tomography with 99mТс-HМPАО was performed 44 patients with atherosclerosis of brachiocephalic arteries, 70 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and 42 patients with arterial hypertension (АH) for brain perfusion estimation. Regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in both hemispheres was decreased in patients with monolateral stenosis of internal carotid artery (in 16%) and in patients with bilateral damage (in 15-38%). RCBF was decreased in all brain regions on the average by 12-15% of IHD patients. In patients with AH the most cerebral hypoperfusion (in 21%) was revealed in upper frontal, posterior parietal and occipital brain regions.
