Abstract

One of the crucial problems for cardiologist treating patients who underwent coronary bypass and endoventriculoplasty is correcting heart failure symptoms. Using spironolactone in complex treatment of patients with heart failure enables not only to bring down NYHA class and improve left ventricle systolic function, but also to reach target dosage of beta-blockers and/or angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors.
