Abstract

The paper presents the experience with the aortic valve replacement to 394 patients: 1st group with an aortal stenosis (AS) - 165 (41.9%) patients, 2nd group with aortal insufficiency (АI) - 229 (58,.%) patients. Basic (preoperative) indicators on affinity of variables characterising by them have been united (incorporated) in group of factors conditionally designated: the factor of disturbance of a circulation (F1), the factor of anthropometrical indicators (F2), the factor of indicators of the central hemodynamic (F3), the factor of anatomo-functional indicators of heart (F4), the factor an indicator of myocardium LV (F5), the factor of morphology of the valve (F6), the factor of indicators of valves (F7). On the basis of the correlation analysis the estimation of influence of initial indicators on the favorable forecast of operation is given.
