Abstract

Weight of chronic heart failure (CHF ) at 160 person to means of the quantitative characteristic of statedly- adaptive capabilities (SАС) is investigated. SАС were estimated on an index of the statedlyadaptive status (SAS) received by integration of the most informative parameters of test of cardiorespiratory synchronism. Thus authentic decrease SАС which accrued at increase in functional class CHF from I to III (the index of SAS decreased) came to light. Decrease SАС corresponded to data treadmil-test with registration of the maximal consumption of oxygen (VO2max) and definitions of the N-trailer predecessor of brain natriuretic hormone (NT-proBNP) in plasma of blood: tolerance to phys ical activities decreased (the maximal loading, VO2max decreased), raised neuro-humoral activation (NT-proBNP increased). Hence, quantitative estimation SAС objectively characterizes weight CHF.
