Abstract

Objective. The study of patterns of organic-tissue and cell-features of the formation of humoral thrombohemorrhagical complications of traditional cardiovascular surgery and to develop a new ways to prevent them. Material and methods. The 629 patients operated on with surgical cardiovascular disease and with the cardiovascular instability pathomorphosis. The features of these pathologies was detected. We developed and implemented additional methods of immunodiagnostic and immunocorrection in this category of patients. We proved effectiveness of tis methods. Results. Our methods stabilized the pathomorphosis and allowed to decrease number of thrombo-hemorrhagic and reparative complications including death more than half of cases. Conclusion. The combination of well-known pathological manifestations of the new cellular and humoral medicine achievements allows to create the optimal treatment policy and quite effectively counter the negative trends pathomorphism. In particular, immunodiagnosis and immunotherapy promote the most effective impact on immunological components of the atherosclerotic process. The use of such approaches in the medical-diagnostic algorithm of cardiovascular surgeon can prepare more reliable, safer to operate patients with severe inflammatory component of cardiovascular and unstable pathomorphosis.
