Abstract

Objective. The further development of the method of linear regression of parameters of arterial blood pressure for classifying hemodynamic conditions of patients according to individual hemodynamic functions which shall register the interaction of the heart and vessels during the blood circulation as well as determining the rules of functional diagnosing of circulation disorders including those of clinically latent.

Material and methods. The provisional quantities of the daily monitoring of arterial blood pressure have been studied at 50 patients with arterial hypertension, 121 patients with normal blood pressure and 43 patients with secondary hypotension. The mode of intellectual records analysis has been used with the application of the so called vector of characteristics of the arterial blood pressure which coordinates have been represented by the complete set of factors of linear regression for systolic and pulse pressure.

Results. The objective characteristics of concordant circulation shall be the observance of the requirement of presence of peculiarity vector within the fixed boundaries and the violation of this requirement shall mean the pathological change of cardiovascular hemodynamics. The classifier has been offered that has allowed determining persons with higher risk of arterial hypertension and latent hemodynamic disorders (dysfunctional diastolic and systolic circulation types) among patients with normal blood pressure and at patients with arterial hypertension and hypotension determining the different types of interaction of heart and vessels during circulation (both concordant and dysfunctional).

Conclusion. The linear regression modeling opens the principally new opportunities for analysis of the blood circulation, the application of the method allows revealing the group of persons with early hemodynamic disorders among the patients with normal blood pressure who need the further follow up.
