Abstract

This article presents data on morphophysiology of the ventricular septum and its motions. A modern idea is described about regulation of cardiac activity by means of the cardiac nervous system. On the basis of data analysis in the light of Archimedean principle on hydraulics, author’s own position on the role of motions of septum in a healthy body is described.
