Abstract

The analysis of literature data on the tactics of anesthesia and the management of patients in intensive care for early mobi- lization of patients. The chosen strategy to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate the rehabilita- tion of patients and reduce hospital stay in cardiac surgery hospital. It is proved that the activation of the patient with the termination of the ventilator through 30–45 minutes after the operation is not adversely impact on central hemodynamics, oxygen transport function of the blood. Various options of anesthesia: 1) the combined anesthesia with minimal sufficient dosages of fentanyl, 2) xenon anesthesia. The possible contraindications early activation of patients.
