Abstract

In this report a case of successful surgical treatment of pathological deformation of the internal carotid artery in a patient with a history of acute cerebral ischemic blood flow without concomitant atherosclerotic lesions of brachiocephalic arteries. It was decided to perform a resection of pathological tortuosity of the left internal carotid artery to prevent recurrent episodes of cerebral blood flow. Perioperative period was unremarkable. Dynamic observation of repeated cases of transient or acute cerebral blood flow in a patient were observed.
