Abstract

The presented clinical case shows the importance of assessing the replacement blood flow in the coronary bed, the severity of which in some cases depends on the tactics of revascularization of the coronary bed in acute coronary syndrome. A sharp decrease in replacement blood flow, for example, in the case of thrombosis of the donor artery, may cause acute coronary syndrome in the recipient's artery pool, which requires the use of non-standard interventional treatment tactics, in particular, urgent revascularization is required by the donor artery that provides replacement blood flow.
