Abstract

This report describes a rare clinical case of a 10 year old patient with aberrant right subclavian artery and aortic recoarctation after previous patch aortoplasty. The patient underwent a two-stage surgical treatment. The first step – implantation of the aberrant right subclavian artery in to the right common carotid artery by supraclavicular approach. The second step – resection of the recoarctation zone, repair of distal aortic arch and left subclavian artery with extended end-to-end anastomosis in condition of distal aortic perfusion.
