Abstract

Abdominal aortic aneurysm is a socially significant disease, as complications often lead to death or disability. Abdominal aortic aneurysm and coronary artery disease are often identified together, since it is generally believed that atherosclerosis is the etiological factor in both diseases, although publications on the multifactorial etiology of aortic aneurysm have been increasingly published recently. The issue of surgical treatment of such patients also remains open in terms of choosing the method of myocardial revascularization and abdominal aortic reconstruction, determining the timing of each stage, and possible simultaneous surgical intervention.
