Abstract

It is found by measurements of the nitrogen oxides (NO) contents by method of electronic paramagnetic resonance (EPR) that pharmacological desympathezation is accompanied by the decrease of the NO in heart and liver of 14 days rats. The comparison of the integral intensities of triplet signal of EPR has shown that the most powerful effect of the decrease existed for heart tissues (approximately in 10 times). Also, in tissues of heart of desympathezed rats is discovered increase of the EPR signal from gem iron, bound in complex with NO. In EPR spectrum of heart tissues in 14 days rats is registered the signal from complex of gem iron with NO, which practically no found in 100 days rats.
